2. How long will it take to get my order?

We ship worldwide and some countries are faster than others. It depends on where you are located and how far you are from our logistic partners’ warehouse. It takes around 1 to 2 days for us to process your order for shipping.

3. Is the Duffel Bag Waterproof?

The duffel bag is water resistant but not waterproof. This means that your belongings will be safe during normal rain condition, however, will get wet if submerged in water or in a full rain pour for more than 30 minutes.

4. Is there a warranty period for the Duffel Bag?

The warranty period is 30 days. If you have a problem with the bag within this period, please provide a photograph of the faulty part. We will send you a replacement. We do our best to make sure that you will get an amazing item.

5. What is your cancellation policy?

If you find yourself in the situation where you want to cancel the order, please let us know- contact our customer support- within 24 hours. Any orders can be canceled within the 24 hours period. After 24 hours, you can no longer cancel. 

6. How can I track my orders?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 to 72 hrs for the link to show any information. The tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way once it has left the warehouse.

7. Why is tracking link not working yet?

Please allow up to 3 days for shipping information to show up as tracking information is only updated when the package gets through parcel point hubs. This also means that if the tracker does not update daily the package is still on its way to you.
